• If the first question asked by the buyer is answered in a way that only the buyer can see, subsequent correspondence cannot be changed by the seller to be publicly visible. Questions and subsequent correspondence answered publicly can later be answered in a way that only the buyer can see.
• The seller can remove the question from publication by deleting the answer at any time. In such a case, the question and answer will not be accessible from the "My Account - Notifications" section.
• When asking questions, your username that you entered in the "My Account - Personal Information" section on the platform will be visible.
